  Bruschetta with Truffle Sauce
Ingredients for 4 people
  6 Slices of bread
  90gr / 3.17oz of Truffle Sauce
  Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Toast the bread on a griddle or in the oven.
  Then spread the sauce on the slices. Serve
  the bread on a bed of cress or arugula.
  Finish them with a drizzle of Extra Virgin
  Olive Oil.
  Cheese Platter with Truffle Honey
Ingredients for 4 people
  100gr / 3.5oz of Parmesan Cheese
  100gr / 3.5oz of Pecorino Cheese
  100gr / 3.5oz of Gorgonzola Cheese
  100gr / 3.5oz of Brie Cheese
  90gr / 3.2oz of Truffle Acacia Honey
  20gr / 0.7oz of Whole Black Truffle

Remove the various cheese from chiller at least 1 hour before serving.
  Slice the cheese and arrange it in a attractive platter.
  Sprinkle the cheese with Truffle Acacia Honey and slice over
  the Whole Black Truffle.
  Spaghetti with Summer Truffle Cream
Ingredients for 4 people
  350gr / 12.34oz of Spaghetti
  90gr / 3.2oz of Summer Truffle Cream
  Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Cook the spaghetti in abundant salted water.
  In the meantime pour the Summer Truffle Cream
  in a non-stick pan and mix it a bit.
  Drain well the pasta while is still al dente and pour
  into the pan, mix to distribute equally the dressing.
  Finish with a drizzle of Extra Virgin Olive Oil and serve.
